Maan-Kimberly Serrano

Maan-Kimberly Serrano has extensive experience in customer service and virtual assistance, currently serving as an Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central Virtual Assistant at Tjernlund Products since September 2016. Previously, Maan-Kimberly worked as a Customer Service Representative at BYGROP LLC and Merchant Business Systems, where responsibilities included assisting customers for companies specializing in HVAC systems and medical products, respectively.
