Elona d'Anjou has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Senior Sourcer at The TJX Companies, Inc. since May 2015, where the focus is on attracting exceptional retail management professionals. Prior roles include Senior Sourcer at The Kraft Group, where Elona recruited and placed applicants across various industries, and Recruitment Manager at Hudson, specializing in document review projects within the e-discovery sector. Elona also has a background in academia as an Assistant Lecturer at Luigj Gurakuqi University and experience in project coordination with SOS Children's Villages. Additionally, Elona's early career involved work as an Interviewer for the Institute of Development and Research Alternatives.
