Prior to this role, Robert held the position of Regional Vice President at Marshalls from December 2014 to April 2017. Robert's extensive tenure at The TJX Companies began in September 2004, where various titles included Vice President of Global HR Operations, Vice President of Operations Profit Development & Innovation, and Assistant Vice President Director of Store Financial Operations.
