Melain Wielkens has had a long and successful career at ThyssenKrupp Elevator. Melain joined the company in 1999 as a Manager for Organizational Training & Development and held this position until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Director of Service Sales, ITS. In 2015, they became the Director of Service & Repair Sales Business Process, a role they held until 2015. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Vice President - Customer Experience, where they remained until 2017. In 2017, Melain was promoted to Vice President of Service Sales, a position they currently hold at ThyssenKrupp Elevator.
