Ian Souza

Ian Souza is a Junior Service Analyst at Tlantic since October 2022, bringing previous experience as a Systems Analyst at Autbank - Projetos e Consultoria Ltda from July 2021 to August 2022, where responsibilities included technical support, manual and automated testing, API testing, and IT infrastructure management utilizing tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Prior to that, Ian served as an IT Intern at Stefanini Brasil from November 2019 to July 2021, focusing on troubleshooting and technical analysis for software issues.
