Kylee Lietzke

Kylee Lietzke is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at TLC Community Credit Union since February 2023, Kylee manages the annual open enrollment process and coordinates onboarding for new hires. Prior to this role, Kylee worked at Blissfield State Bank as a Human Resource Officer, where responsibilities included providing administrative support to the Board of Directors and administering employee benefits programs. Kylee also gained valuable experience as an Office Administrator at Miracle-Ear, Inc., handling scheduling and correspondence. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Applied Workplace Leadership and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration and Management from Northern Michigan University, along with an Undergraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Ashworth College.
