Dipti Shah

Dipti Shah is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. As a Co-Founder of Face and Skin Ltd since January 2015, Dipti has contributed to enhancing individuals' confidence and self-esteem. In parallel, since January 2019, Dipti serves as the Group Chief People Officer at TLC Worldwide, focusing on talent acquisition strategy and cultural nurturing across various global regions. Additionally, Dipti co-founded TLC Rise, a global women's empowerment program aimed at advancing women into leadership roles. Past roles include Group People Director and Head of People at NHS England, as well as HR Manager positions at Affinity Water and Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity. Dipti holds an Executive MBA Essentials from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc in Business Management from the University of Hull, among other qualifications.
