Wayne Liao

Wayne Liao is currently the Director of Operations - TLC United States at TLC Biopharmaceuticals.

Prior to their current role, Wayne served as the Senior Product Development Manager at CrackerBio from April 2011 to March 2012.

Before CrackerBio, Wayne was with TLC Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. from September 2007 to March 2011 as a Program Manager.

Wayne began their career in the biotech industry as a Product Development Manager at Phalanx Biotech Group from November 2002 to August 2007.

Prior to Phalanx, Wayne worked as a Research Scientist at Deltagen from May 2000 to September 2002.

Wayne's first role in the scientific community was as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at UCSF from May 1995 to April 2000.

Wayne Liao received their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Pharmaceutical Science from the University of Southern California. Prior to that, they received their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Chemical Engineering from USC. Wayne also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, as well as an Engineer's Degree from National Taipei University of Technology.
