Edgaras Baslykovas

Edgaras Baslykovas is a Senior Design Engineer at TLI Group since March 2021, leading a design team focused on new developments while prioritizing the safety and security of on-site personnel. Previously, from June 2018 to March 2021, Edgaras worked as a Design Engineer at 4site, where contributions were made to the SIRO FTTX project, ultimately specializing in the Handover department responsible for deploying finalized products in clients' GIS programs. Edgaras holds a Master of Science in Process Validation and Regulatory Affairs from the Technological University of the Shannon (2022), a Specialist Diploma in Lean Systems from the University of Limerick (2019), a Six Sigma Green Belt certification in Process Improvement from Quality America (2018), and both a Bachelor's of Science in Process Engineering & Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Limerick Institute of Technology (2016; 2012).
