Atiqur Rahman

Atiqur Rahman has over 19 years of experience in human resources and statutory compliance. Currently serving as HR and Stat Compliances at TM International Logistics Ltd since May 2015, Atiqur is responsible for HR legal compliance and industrial relations. Prior experience includes HR Manager- Operations at Aparajitha Corporate Services Ltd, overseeing labour compliance for approximately 1,000 establishments across 12 states from April 2010 to April 2015. Atiqur's earlier role as Corporate HR Manager at Eastern Group involved recruitment and ensuring factory compliance with QMS, EMS, and SA-8000 guidelines from August 2004 to March 2010. Atiqur holds a Post Graduate degree in PMIR and Social Work with a specialization in Human Resource Management from AMU, Aligarh (1994-1997) and completed general schooling focusing on History, Geography, Humanities, and Literature at Marwari High School (1984-1987).
