Radu Plop

Radu Plop has extensive experience in corporate law and management, currently serving as the Head of Global Entity Management Romania at TMF Group since January 2002, where responsibilities include coordinating corporate secretarial services, compliance assistance, and communication with authorities on behalf of clients. Prior to this role, Radu Plop worked as a Senior Legal Consultant and Attorney at Law at Ernst & Young from June 1998 to December 2001, specializing in drafting legal documents and providing advisory services across various legal domains. Radu Plop earned a Licentiate degree in Law from The Nicolae Titulescu University of Bucharest (1995-1999) and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Physics from Gheorghe Sincai High School (1990-1994).
