Ellie Hsu (Ellie Dowell)

Ellie Hsu, also known as Ellie Dowell, has extensive experience in project management, marketing, and event coordination, with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Catalyst Success Manager and previously in roles including Content Operations Manager and Digital Media and Events Coordinator at TM Forum since February 2022, Ellie has also worked at GIS Global from April 2017 to February 2022 as a Project Executive/Manager, where responsibilities included conference and event tendering and destination marketing. Earlier positions include Studio Manager at ARTLORD STUDIO, Facility Administrator at Rhythm & Hues, and Marketing Manager at Samsara Ltd, among others. Ellie holds a Higher National Diploma in Fashion Design and Management from Shih Chien University and additional educational experience from the University of Birmingham and Lancaster University.
