Matt Weller

Matt Weller, CPIM, CSCP, is an experienced leader in supply chain and operations, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Naviga Supply Chain since July 2022, with a focus on providing effective solutions to small and medium manufacturers. Weller has served on the Advisory Board of TMG (Tri-Mach Group) since March 2024, advising on supply chain and operations strategies. Previously, Weller co-founded and led Berlin KraftWorks Inc. from October 2016 to July 2022, offering engineering and supply chain support across various industries in Canada. With a history of consulting roles at BDC, LyteHorse Labs, VOX ISM, and Bartesian, Weller has demonstrated expertise in supply chain assessment, strategy development, and implementation of ERP solutions. Weller's career began with positions at Supply & Demand Chain Systems Management and Consulting, Aeryon Labs Inc., and Shred-Tech Corp., contributing to the growth and efficiency of multiple organizations. Educational background includes studies at Fleming College from 1997 to 2000.
