Victor Palafox

Victor Palafox is an experienced plant manager currently at TMI Products since August 2020, with a robust background in manufacturing and production management within the automotive industry. Previously, Victor served as a business unit manager at ISRINGHAUSEN GmbH, overseeing the production of seats and related components. Earlier roles include production supervisor positions at Phillips Industries and MetoKote Corporation, where Victor managed wire harness and e-coat painting processes, respectively, as well as head of production at Toyota Boshoku America, responsible for car seat production and project launches. Victor holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Saltillo and a finance qualification from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
