Erich Bauer

Erich Bauer has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Erich started in 1994 as an Assistant Engineer Officer at the U.S. Coast Guard and later served as an Assistant Supervisor of QA. Erich then worked as an Engineer Officer, Deputy Director of Fleet Maintenance, and Director of Fleet Maintenance. In 2007, Erich became a Ship Design Manager before being promoted to Executive Officer in 2014. In 2017, they transitioned to Vigor, LLC as a Project Manager. In 2018, Erich took on multiple roles, including Instructor at the Seattle Maritime Academy, Marine Engineering Consultant and Marine Surveyor at Bauer Maritime LLC, and Lead Project Engineer at TMMG, Inc.
