Frank Phillips

Frank Phillips has extensive experience in training and leadership roles, currently serving as CSRAT Sr. Team Trainer at TMMG, Inc. since August 2019, and previously held the same title at IAP Worldwide Services. Phillips served in the US Navy for over 24 years, culminating as Senior Enlisted Leader where responsibilities included advising on enlisted personnel matters and liaising with various support agencies. Additional roles in the Navy included Fire Controlmen Senior Chief and Combat Systems Maintenance Manager aboard USS MITSCHER DDG 57, focusing on the AEGIS Weapon System management and training development. Education includes attendance at the Senior Enlisted Academy in 2017 and completion of high school at New Bern Senior High School from 1988 to 1991.
