Richard Massaro

Richard Massaro currently serves as the Global Income Tax Reporting & Federal Compliance Leader at Trane Technologies since June 2023. Prior to this role, Richard held various tax compliance and reporting positions at Raytheon Technologies from November 2019 to May 2023, and at United Technologies from March 2008 to November 2019, advancing from Supervisor of Domestic Tax to Senior Manager roles. Earlier experience includes working as a Tax Manager at Deloitte Tax LLP and as a Tax Accountant at Federman, Lally and Remis, LLC, as well as at Deloitte Tax, LLP and Konowitz, Kahn & Co. PC. Richard holds an MS in Taxation from Bentley University and a BS in Accounting & Computer Information Systems from Quinnipiac University.
