Stefan Kaiser has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stefan currently works at Zattoo, where they have held several roles since 2015. Stefan started as a Video Engineer, responsible for transitioning streaming applications to HTML5 and developing various components related to ingest, encoding, and DRM technologies. Stefan later became a Product Owner for video, managing the video-related aspects of the company's product. Recently, they have been serving as an Engineering Manager for video. Prior to Zattoo, Stefan worked as the Head of Currywurst'n'Durst, a position they held since 2011. Stefan also worked at Fraunhofer FOKUS as a Project Manager for R&D and as a student assistant at the competence center Future Applications and Media. Stefan has a background in software engineering and testing, having worked as a student assistant at Daimler Center for Automotive Information Technology Innovations and FH Gelsenkirchen. Stefan started their career as a student assistant at TU Berlin's Institute for Open Communication Systems.
Stefan Kaiser completed their education at two institutions. Stefan obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Medieninformatik from FH Gelsenkirchen from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued further studies at Technische Universität Berlin, where they earned their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Informatik from 2008 to 2012.
