Nikhil Haridas

Nikhil Haridas is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Director of HR at TMRW House of Brands since July 2022, where responsibilities include leading HR business partnerships across portfolio brands. Nikhil's prior roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Ola and PhonePe, and positions at BlackBuck and IDFC FIRST Bank, with experience ranging from retail banking to commercial and wholesale banking HR functions. Nikhil began a career in engineering as a Product Engineer at JCB before transitioning into HR after completing an MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. Nikhil also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar and participated in an exchange program at Aston Business School.
