Stanley Philip has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the Lead-Ecom-Operation and Growth at TMRW, an Aditya Birla Group Venture. Before their time at Flipkart, Stanley served in various roles at Decathlon Sports India. As an Operation Process Manager, they led business development activities for the Sports category in Knitted products, Socks, and Gloves in the southern zone of India. Stanley managed prominent suppliers and addressed pricing risks related to fluctuations in USD and import duties. Additionally, Stanley excelled as a Production Leader Industrialization, successfully managing a winter sports product portfolio, focusing on product development, pricing, supplier management, sourcing, and quality assurance. Stanley consistently achieved competitive pricing and reduced returns by 10% year on year.
Stanley began their career as a Management Trainee at Decathlon Sports India.
Stanley Philip's education history begins with their completion of SSLC/HSC in Mathematics and Science at St. Britto's Higher Secondary School from 1999 to 2006. Stanley then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Apparel and Textiles at Kumaraguru College of Technology between 2006 and 2010. Following this, Stanley obtained a Master of Fashion Technology in Operations from the National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi, where they attended from 2010 to 2012.
In addition to their formal education, Stanley also obtained certification in DELF-A1 from the Alliance Française de Madras in July 2014.
