Matthew Haugen

Matthew Haugen is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Baseline Innovations, providing CRM, LMS, SIS/ERP, marketing, web development, and strategy consulting services since October 2023. Additionally, Matthew serves as a System Analyst at Baylor University since April 2024 and previously held roles including Customer Relationship Management Consultant at Ruffalo Noel Levitz, Director of Admissions Operations at Asbury University, and Programmer Analyst at Eastern Kentucky University. Matthew's earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director of Admissions and Enrollment Advisor at Asbury Theological Seminary. Matthew Haugen holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of the Cumberlands, a Master of Theology in Intercultural Studies, a Master of Divinity, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Berry College.
