Rev. Sonji Pass

Rev. Sonji Pass serves as the Director of Church Culture at TMS Global, where responsibilities include coaching pastors and churches in discovering and fulfilling their unique missional callings. In the role of Regional Director of Church Culture, Rev. Pass focuses on enhancing church environments and fostering community engagement. Additionally, Rev. Pass has experience as a Cross Cultural Worker (Missionary), dedicated to building community, reaching diverse nations, and promoting hope, healing, and restoration. From January 2021 to January 2023, Rev. Pass hosted a podcast under the title Thy Kingdom Pod, contributing to discussions on church culture and mission.
