Dave Rasel has a diverse work experience in the field of visual communications. Dave started their career as a Web Designer/Graphic Designer/Freelance Illustrator at Point of Light magazine in 1997. From there, they worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer at Cavanaugh Publishing, designing ads for an annual wedding planner workbook. In 2003, they joined Perspectives In Print as a Graphic Designer/Production Artist, overseeing the design and production of seasonal in-store displays and managing the company's promotional materials and website.
In 2005, Dave joined TMS (The Minerals, Materials and Metals Society), where they initially served as a Graphic Designer, ensuring that all printed and electronic media adhered to corporate branding parameters. Later, they became a Visual Media Specialist, conceptualizing and developing creative visual materials for print and electronic vehicles, managing project scheduling and deadlines, and maintaining design consistency.
Currently, Dave works at The Minerals, Metals & Materials Society as the Head of Visual Communications. Dave oversees the design, scheduling, and production of various printed and web promotional vehicles, as well as web design and development. Dave also manages a team of designers and a web developer.

Dave Rasel attended the International Academy of Design and Technology-Tampa from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Technology.
