Amine Bouhlal

Amine Boulhal has extensive experience in the maritime and port management industry, currently serving as Vice Director for Port Planning and Marine Operations at TMSA since 2010, where responsibilities include acting as Deputy Harbor Master at Tanger Med Port. Prior roles at TMSA encompass Port Planning Manager and VTS Port Control Officer, contributing to the strategic development and management of the Tanger Med port complex. Previously, Amine Boulhal worked at CMA CGM from 2007 to 2010 as a Deck Officer, responsible for vessel navigation and cargo planning. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Port & Maritime Management and a 1st Class Deck Officer degree from the Higher Institute of Maritime Studies.
