Juan Manuel

Juan Manuel has been working in the financial industry for over 15 years. Juan started their career at Nacional Financiera, SNC in 2004, where they worked their way up to the position of Subdirector Fiduciario de Asuntos Jurídicos. In this role, they were responsible for assisting clients with the establishment of trusts, processing applications with the Comision Nacional Bancaria y de Valores for the issuance of CPOs and Cebures through trusts, and representing Nacional Financiera, SNC as a Delegate Fiduciary in the trusts and mandates that it administered.

In 2013, Juan Manuel left Nacional Financiera, SNC to take on the role of Director of Fiduciary Engineering at TMSourcing. In this role, they are responsible for the design and implementation of fiduciary structures for TMSourcing's clients. Juan has also been instrumental in developing TMSourcing's fiduciary services business model and expanding the company's fiduciary product offerings.

Juan Manuel attended Universidad Panamericana for both their corporate law specialization and administrative law specialization. Juan then went on to earn their law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.

They are on a team with Georgina Loyo Gris - Deputy General Manager, Genoveva Beatriz Franco Aguado - Director of Legal Engineering, and Ricardo Castañeda Hernández - Director of Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism. Juan Manuel reports to Adolfo González Olhovich, Chairman.
