Wendy Browning has extensive experience in call center operations, currently serving as Director of Call Center Operations at IQV Servicing since April 2014. In addition, Wendy holds the position of Senior Dialer Unit Manager at Community Choice Financial, Inc. and has been a Dialer Administrator for the TMX Finance Family of Companies, both roles commencing in March 2014. Wendy earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Henry Cogswell College, graduating between 1991 and 1995.
