Dale Michaels

Dale Michaels has extensive experience in risk management, currently serving as a Senior Risk Management Officer at TMX Group since May 2024, focusing on areas such as default management, stress testing, and the development and validation of margin models. Prior to TMX Group, Dale held the position of Chief Financial Risk Officer at OCC from January 2016 to April 2024, where responsibilities included regulatory leadership and quantitative analytics across various markets. Dale's career in risk management began in July 1995 at CME Group, where Dale was Managing Director until December 2015, overseeing similar risk management functions in diverse financial markets. Dale holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on finance from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in finance and economics from Illinois State University.
