Lydia Emanuel

Lydia Emanuel is currently working as a Senior Manager in Talent Management at TMX Group since November 2022. Prior to this, Lydia has held various roles in Talent and D&I at Aviva Canada, Learning and Development at Aviva Investors, and Organisational Development at MUFG. Lydia's professional background includes expertise in designing and delivering company-wide engagement surveys and maintaining global HR dashboards to drive employee engagement and measure success in HR metrics. Lydia holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organisations from The London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Chinese and Law from SOAS University of London.
