Michelle Issadore

Michelle Issadore is an experienced professional in safety and risk management education, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at TNG Consulting since June 2011. At TNG, Michelle leads initiatives to empower educational institutions and organizations to foster safer communities through proactive safety measures and effective policies. Prior to this, Michelle held several leadership roles at the Association of Title IX Administrators from 2011 to 2018, including Executive Vice President and Vice President of Operations, and served as Executive Director for the School and College Organization for Prevention Educators. Earlier career experience includes a position as Assistant Director of the Women’s Center at Lehigh University. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Women's Studies from Brandeis University, a Master of Education in College Student Affairs from Penn State University, and a certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University.
