Aaradhya Bansal

Aaradhya Bansal is currently a Scientist innovator within the Energy & Materials Transition department at TNO since December 2022. Prior to this role, Aaradhya served as a Life Cycle Assessment Intern at TNO, focusing on the prospective Life Cycle Assessment of thin film CdTe PV panels, and as an LCA Intern at Solarge, researching recycling methods for polymer-based c-Si solar panels. Earlier experience includes a Technical Trainee position at Nanyang Technological University, assessing costs for PV solar panels and energy storage systems, and as a Technical Trainee at Yuan-Ze University, engaging in research on composite plate drilling operations. Aaradhya has also held leadership roles as Secretary General of the VIT CHENNAI Dramatics Club and Captain of Team Aviators International. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Technology from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
