Rob Schut

Rob Schut has a strong background in research and engineering, with experience in various management roles. Rob served as the Deputy Head of research department Powertrains at TNO from 2016 onwards, where they were responsible for operational management and strategic direction. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager Engineering at Inalfa Roof Systems Group and as the Team Manager Advanced Powertrains at TNO. Rob also held the position of Head of Hybrid & Electric Vehicle Technology Engineering department at BENTELER Engineering. In 2006, they worked as a Senior Project Manager Electrical Engineering at Benteler Automotive, where they provided consultancy services for market development and functional safety. Throughout their career, Rob has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to successfully manage projects and teams.

Rob Schut attended Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 1984 to 1989. Rob obtained a degree in Electrics and Electronics and was awarded the degree of Ing. during their time at the university.
