Steve started his journey in hospitality as a teenager and loved it so much that he decided to further his love for all things food at college, he says he was lucky enough to work at Cheltenham racecourse during this time. This gave him great insight into large-scale events, but more importantly how food plays a role in creating memories and experiences.
In his role as Operations Director Steve gets to inspire their teams to deliver food experiences every day. Fostering a feeling of the community over food for their business and industry clients, or giving their care patients and their families the opportunity to connect over a great meal, is something that inspires him and runs from the top to the bottom of their business.
