Reinaldo Reyes

Reinaldo Reyes is an experienced food professional, currently serving as the Commissary FS Manager at To Go Stores since March 2017 and also operating as the Owner and Pastry Chef of Dulce Giro, which has been providing freshly prepared bakery and pastry products since January 2017. Previously, Reinaldo held the position of Pastry Chef at D'Pastry from March 2014 to March 2017, where responsibilities included supervising baking staff and producing a variety of pastries. Reinaldo's career also includes a tenure as General Manager at Krispy Kreme PR from January 2008 to November 2013, achieving significant reductions in food and labor costs and improving guest satisfaction. Reinaldo possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Metropolitana and an Associate's degree in the same field from National University College-Bayamon.
