Tristram Stuart

Tristram Stuart is the founder of Toast Ale Ltd, established in September 2015, which produces beer using surplus bread and donates all profits to Feedback. As an environmental campaigner, author, and entrepreneur since January 2002, Tristram also founded Feedback, an organization known for initiatives such as Feeding the 5000, The Pig Idea, and the Gleaning Network UK/EU, operating from December 2009 to April 2017. Tristram's notable publications include "Waste: Uncovering the Global Food Scandal" and "The Bloodless Revolution." Academic credentials include an MA Cantab, with a Double 1st from the University of Cambridge.
