Dusan Koljensic

Dusan Koljensic is an experienced design leader currently serving as the Head of Product Design for Customer Experience and Core Products Software & Hardware at Toast since March 2020. Previously, Dusan held the role of VP, Head of Design at Fidelity Labs from July 2016 to March 2020, where contributions were made to the lab's direction and a high-performing creative organization was built to support startups. Dusan also served as ECD and Head of UX Strategy and Design at CVS Health, where an Enterprise Pharmacy UX team was established. Prior experience includes directing the Global Experience Design Practice at SapientNitro, founding Artmedialab, and teaching as an Assistant Professor at the Massachusetts College of Art, where Dusan developed courses in Information Architecture and Interaction Design. Dusan holds a Master of Fine Arts in Dynamic Media and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
