Mary Allen Saunders

Mary Allen Saunders is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic alliances and financial partnerships. Currently serving as VP of Strategic Alliances at Toast, Inc. since November 2019, Saunders plays a key role in enhancing restaurants' operations through technology. Prior to this, Saunders worked at Stripe in the Financial Partnerships team, focusing on developing sustainable product and partnership strategies across the financial industry. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Director at UBS Asset Management, leading business development for a multi-billion dollar investment boutique, and as Vice President at BlackRock, managing product marketing and business development in EMEA. Saunders began a career in quantitative research as an Analyst at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. Mary Allen Saunders holds an AB in Economics from Princeton University.
