Mark Sardo has over 16 years of experience at Tobii Dynavox, currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Representative since December 2007. In this role, Mark administers technical support for over 100 North American Solutions Consultants and provides training on Assistive Technology Solutions for non-verbal individuals. Mark also leads the Change Control Board meetings to address product issues and enhancements across multiple teams and publishes Knowledgebase articles for the company's support resources. Prior to this, Mark was a Regional Sales Consultant for Tobii Dynavox, where responsibilities included delivering sales support and resolving escalated customer complaints across Upstate New York and Canada. Mark holds a Master of Science degree in Special Education and Teaching from Alfred University, obtained in 1991.
