Tyler Southard

Tyler Southard is a seasoned software engineer with over a decade of experience in the technology sector. Currently employed at Tobii Dynavox since January 2014, Tyler has developed a strong foundation in software engineering, previously holding a similar role at Bechtel Marine Propulsion Corporation from July 2010 to January 2014. Tyler's early career includes research positions at Texas A&M University, where software for autonomous landing of a quad-rotor AirRobot was developed and collaborative telerobotics projects were explored under leading professors. Additional experience includes a role as a Summer Technology Assistant at Granville High School, focusing on computer and network maintenance. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering from Grove City College, completed in 2010.
