Kevin McCarthy

Kevin McCarthy has a diverse and extensive work experience in the construction industry. Kevin is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at TOCCI. Prior to their current role, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Suffolk Construction, where they managed preconstruction and construction processes for various projects. Kevin was also involved in employee development and implemented company Standard Operations Processes. Before that, McCarthy was the President and CEO of PC Construction Company, where they set the company's direction, oversaw safety initiatives, and led sales and project execution. Kevin also served as the Executive Vice President at PC Construction Company, responsible for operational oversight and key involvement in project safety and execution. Earlier in their career, McCarthy worked at Clark Construction as a Senior Vice President, overseeing projects across the country, and at Centex Construction Company as a Project Engineer and Estimator.

Kevin McCarthy attended the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a White Belt in Data Literacy from Suffolk Construction in February 2022, followed by a Yellow Belt in Data Literacy from the same institution in February 2023. Kevin also completed various online courses, including "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences," "Driving Change and Anti-Racism," and "Skills for Inclusive Conversations," all from LinkedIn, in April 2021. Additionally, they obtained an OSHA 10-Hour certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute in March 2023.
