Jon Ford

Jon Ford is an accomplished Engineering Manager with extensive experience in software engineering and team leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Tock since August 2021, Jon previously held the same title at Swimlane from October 2017 to August 2021, where Jon also worked as a Senior Software Engineer focusing on backend development. Prior to Swimlane, Jon was a Tech Lead Engineer at Platformatics Inc. from August 2015 to September 2017, and gained valuable experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Civis Analytics and a Structural Design Intern at Intel Corporation. Jon holds both a Master of Science (M.S.) and Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Northwestern University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
