Shea Baker

Shea Baker has a robust background in engineering and operations, accumulating extensive experience at Todd Energy since June 2017 in multiple roles, including Plant Manager, Integrated Operations Centre Manager, and Production Engineer. Previously, Shea worked at Shell Todd Oil Services from November 2012 to June 2017 as an Operations Engineer and Process Engineer, focusing on the Kapuni project and Maui Process. Initial career steps included a role as a Process Engineer at Plant & Platform Consultants from February 2010 to October 2012. Shea holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Canterbury, completed between 2004 and 2009.
