Daniel Laferriere

Daniel Laferriere is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Todd English Enterprises since October 2022, Daniel has previously held positions including General Manager at Rise & Shine a Steak & Egg Place and Chef at Fredericks Restaurants Group. Notably, Daniel has advanced from Sous Chef at Wolfgang Puck and db Brasserie to Executive Chef at Ascend Hospitality Group. Daniel's culinary journey began with an education in Culinary Arts at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Las Vegas, complemented by a high school diploma from Dracut Senior High School.
