Christie Mohlke (McCrum) MBA, PHR has extensive experience in the field of human resources and people management. Christie Mohlke currently holds the position of Vice President-People at Todd & Sargent, Inc., where they have been working since 2016. Prior to this role, they served as the Human Resources Manager at the same company from July 2016 to February 2023.

Before joining Todd & Sargent, Inc., Christie worked as the Assistant Director of Career Development and Internships at Grinnell College from August 2014 to July 2016. Christie Mohlke then worked at United Technologies as a Human Resources Generalist from November 2012 to August 2014.

Christie Mohlke (McCrum) earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Austin Peay State University from 2004 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at Cumberland University from 2009 to 2010. In June 2014, they obtained the PHR (Professional Human Resources) certification.
