Cindy Blackburn

Cindy Blackburn is an experienced educational leader specializing in the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and digital content development. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Engagement at Toddle since September 2019, Cindy leads the design of engaging content that supports educators and school leaders. Previously, Cindy worked as a Virtual Coordinator and Digital Designer with Toddle, focusing on creating online resources and contributing to The Inquiry Educators Summit during the Covid lockdown. Cindy's experience also includes roles such as Interim PYP Coordinator and Grade 5 Teacher at the American School of Antananarivo, PYP Coordinator at the American Pacific International School, and positions at Citic Lake Bilingual International School and the World Academy of Tirana. Cindy holds an M.Ed. in Teacher Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida.
