Snigdha Baduni

Snigdha Baduni is an experienced education professional with a strong background in teaching, curriculum development, and event coordination. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Engagement at Toddle since July 2020, Snigdha leads content and events for global IB PYP educators and school leaders, focusing on the EMEA region. Previous roles include Grade 2 Teacher at St. Bernard's School in NYC, Education Department Intern at Philadelphia Zoo, and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania. Snigdha has also taught early years students at Oberoi International School in Mumbai and played a significant role in the Fellowship Selection process at Teach For India, where Snigdha was a selected Teaching Fellow. Snigdha holds a Master of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in English from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
