Santiago Espinosa is a Colombian entrepreneur and business executive. Santiago is the co-founder and current product manager of Todos Comemos, a leading food company in Latin America that is transforming the way people cook at home. Santiago is also the co-founder of Delirato, a brand management company, and has served on the board of tao calentao, a Colombian food company. Espinosa has a long history of working in the food industry, having spent eight years as the CEO of Comida en la U, a Colombian food company, and three years as the director of strategy for Grupo Posso, a food conglomerate. Santiago began their career as an intern at Banco de la Republica, where they helped build macroeconomic indicators for the Board of Directors.
Santiago Espinosa has a Master's degree in Economics from Universidad de los Andes in Colombia, which they obtained in 2016. Santiago also has a degree in Economics from the same university, which they obtained in 2014. In addition, they have taken some courses in Data Science, Computer Science and BI from Udemy Academy.
