Creative Director - Tod's “no_code” Project at TOD'S

Yong Bae Seok has extensive experience in the footwear and fashion industry, having worked with various companies and brands. Yong Bae started their career at Dolce & Gabbana as the Head of Design for their Sneakers Collection, where they oversaw the design of both men's and women's sneakers and achieved significant growth in sales. Yong Bae then went on to work with Fornari Spa and Diesel as a consultant designer for shoes and sneakers. Seok also worked as the Head Designer and Consultant for Cesare Paciotti 4US, Geox, Bally, and Harrys of London, overseeing the design and development of various shoe collections. In 2012, Seok founded their own brand called "SEOK", focusing on sneakers for men and women. Recently, they have been working as the Creative Director for Tod's "No_Code" project, where they have been involved in the creation and development of a new footwear category called the Tod's Shoeker. Throughout their career, Seok has gained extensive experience in style direction, design, and development, working with high-end fashion and industrial brands worldwide.

Yong Bae Seok's education history begins in 1994 when they started studying Car/Industrial Design at Hansung University in Seoul, Korea. Yong Bae pursued this bachelor's degree until 1999. In 1997, they also attended Adelphi University in New York, USA, for a Summer/Winter Course in Fine Art & Language.

Later, in 1999, Yong Bae Seok enrolled in Hansung University again for a Post Graduate Certificate in Car/Industrial Design, which they completed in 2000. Following that, they attended the Istituto Europeo di Design in Turin, Italy, from 2000 to 2002, obtaining a Diploma in Car/Transportation Design. Then, in 2002, they pursued a Master Course in Industrial Design at the same institute.
