Rasmus Bøegh Danielsen is a Danish entrepreneur and investor. Rasmus is currently a partner at Tofte & Company, a venture capital firm. Danielsen has over 18 years of experience in the corporate finance and venture capital industries.
Danielsen began their career as a co-founder and board member of PersonaleZONEN A/S, a human resources software company. Rasmus then went on to co-found AVITA ApS, a software development company. Danielsen served as chairman of the board at AVITA ApS until the company was acquired by Tofte & Company in 2016.
After the acquisition of AVITA ApS, Danielsen became a partner at Tofte & Company. Rasmus has also served as an investor and advisor for Enova Energy and KRING A/S. In 2021, Danielsen led Tofte & Company's exit from Krizo, selling the company to Dataminr.
Rasmus Bøegh Danielsen has a HD in finance from Copenhagen Business School and an HD1 in general business from the same school.
