Raul David Segal

Raul David Segal is a seasoned software engineer and architect with over two decades of experience in software development and technical leadership. Currently employed at Toga Networks since February 2014, Raul specializes in data protection, open-stack clouds, and C++ programming on both Linux and Windows platforms. Prior to Toga Networks, Raul held various roles at IBM from 2008 to early 2014, including software technical lead and senior software programmer, focusing on advanced solutions for data protection in virtual environments. Raul's earlier experience includes positions at FilesX, Biosense Webster, and Qualcomm Israel, where significant contributions were made in areas such as core algorithm development and real-time software for medical applications. Raul David Segal earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 1989 to 1993.
