Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, they attended Liverpool Hope University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History. Before their undergraduate studies, Sean Matley studied at Loreto Sixth Form College from 2004 to 2007, where they acquired a 3 A-Level's diploma in Classical Civilisations, English Literature, and Media Studies. In addition to their academic qualifications, Sean Matley also holds various certifications, including PRINCE2® Practitioner Certification in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice (obtained in June 2020), Business Analysis Practice, Foundation in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, and Systems Development Essentials from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT (all obtained in May 2020).
